Currently, we manufacture various components from steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum for the automotive industry, engineering industry, plastics companies, etc. (pulleys, shafts, flanges, bearing housings, bushings, fittings, coupling nuts, etc.).
Turning
For the production of simpler turned components, we have 6 single-spindle turning automatics Škoda A40C (up to 46mm diameter), 4 single-spindle turning automatics Škoda A20B (up to 25mm diameter), and 1 single-spindle long-turning automatic lathe Avax 16 (up to 16mm diameter). Additionally, we have SV 18 R lathes available for production.
Milling
For the production of milled components, we have available a horizontal milling machine and 2 universal milling machines.
Material Cutting
We have a column drilling machine SV 20 and 3 bench drilling machines. We can also offer material cutting on the new automatic band saw BIANCO MOD 370SEP60.
Welding, Surface Treatment, and Material Refining
We also use the welding machine Fronius 315. We offer heat treatment, nickel plating, blackening, galvanizing, and other surface treatments.
