Turning on CNC Turning Centers
We have 3 CNC turning centers DOSSAN Puma 230 MSB and the DOSSAN Puma 1500SY CNC turning center available for production. These turning centers are equipped with a sub-spindle, rotary tools, and are controlled on 4-5 (Y)-axes (turning, cross drilling and threading, milling, and complete machining, including machining from the cut-off side). The spindle through-hole is 65mm, and automatic bar feeding is done via a Hydrobar LNS loader for up to 15 bars. The maximum turning diameter is 290mm x 550mm (flange turning). These are progressive, precise, modern machines of the latest generation.
Newly Acquired CNC Turning Center
We have recently acquired the CNC turning center DOSSAN Puma TT 1800 Y. This turning center is equipped with a sub-spindle, two tool heads with the capacity for up to 42 tools, milling capability via the Y-axis, and is controlled on 7 axes (turning, cross drilling and threading off-center, milling, and complete machining, including machining from the cut-off side). This turning and milling center is a highly progressive and precise machine, designed for serial production, including more complex parts.
The spindle through-hole is 65mm, automatic bar feeding is done via Hydrobar LNS for up to 15 bars, and the maximum turning diameter is 290mm x 550mm (flange turning).
