CNC Turning Centers
Our main production program is the manufacturing of turned and milled components on CNC turning centers.
To ensure production, we have CNC turning centers DOSSAN Puma 230 MSB, as well as the DOSSAN Puma 1500SY turning center. These turning centers are equipped with a sub-spindle and are controlled on 5 axes. The machines allow for turning, cross drilling, threading, milling, and complete machining, including machining from the cut-off side.
Automatic bar loading and feeding is performed using an LNS automatic bar loader for up to 15 bars. These are progressive and precise modern machines of the latest generation.

CNC Turning Center DOSSAN Puma TT 1800 Y
For the production of complex parts in large series, our company has purchased the CNC turning center DOSSAN Puma TT 1800 Y. The turning center is equipped with a sub-spindle, two tool heads with the capability to hold up to 42 tools, and milling via the Y-axis. The machine is controlled on 8 axes (turning, cross drilling and threading off-center, milling, and complete machining, including machining from the cut-off side). This turning and milling center is highly progressive. It is a precise machine designed for serial production, including more complex parts.
Automatic bar loading and feeding is performed using an LNS automatic bar loader for up to 15 bars.

CNC Lathe CITIZEN L32 – 1M12
Among our latest machines is the long-turning CNC lathe CITIZEN L32 – 1M12. This machine is suitable for the complex machining of larger series of rotary parts ranging from 3 to 32 mm.
The machine is programmed with up to 9 axes, including a continuously controlled B-axis for driven tools, allowing for angled drilling or 3D milling.

Material Cutting and Additional Services
We also offer material cutting on an automatic band saw BIANCO MOD 370SEP60, as well as heat treatment, nickel plating, blackening, galvanizing, and other surface treatments.
