Lathe cut on CNC turning centers
We have available for making 3 CNC turning centers DOSSAN Puma 230 MSB, then CNC turning center DOSSAN Puma 1500s. The turning centers are equipped with counter-spindle, rotary tools and are managed in a 4-5 (Y) - axes (turning, drilling and cross tapping, milling, processing and full of side machining). Spindle bore is 65mm, automatic feed - Hydrobar LNS - to 15 bar, max. turning diameter of 290 mm x 550 mm (flange turning). It is a progressive and precise new machines of the modern generation.
Currently we bought a CNC turning center DOSSAN Puma TT 1800 Y.
The turning center is equipped with a counter spindle and two turrets - up to 42 tools, milling capability pomicí Y axis and is driven in 7 axes (turning, drilling and threading cross and off-axis workpiece, milling, processing and full of side machining). This turning and milling center is very progressive and precise machine designed for serial production of more complex parts.

In order to meet our customers' requirements for milled parts, so we bought a new CNC milling center brand Doosan DNM 500 . Its advantages are high rigidity and accuracy.
